Figure skating queen Kim Yuna received an exciting invitation to attend a White House event, where she got to take a picture with U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Kim Yuna posted on her official homepage, “With Secretary of State Hillary Clinton!”, and attached a photo of the two together in Washington D.C. Kim Yuna, who is currently training in Los Angeles, received an invitation to the gathering.
Fans commented, “I’m proud that she’s Korean,” “It’s good to see her hold her own despite being next to Hillary Clinton,” and “With the two standing next to one another, their charisma is overflowing.”
Kim Yuna will be performing at the Harvard Bright Hockey Center for an ice show on October 16th, and will be returning to Korea on the 18th for the Pyeongchang Olympics organization committee meeting.
