On the upcoming episode of SBS‘s ‘Star King‘, celebrity trainers Kim Ji Hoon and Kim Soo Changwill reveal a 10-minute workout that will help fans obtain a figure like SNSD‘s.
They said, “If you diligently follow these moves for just 10 minutes a day, you too can have SNSD’s shapely legs.”
The 10-minute exercise consists of four minutes of ‘shakes’, three minutes of strides, two minutes of side-kicks, and a minute of jumps.
“This workout is perfect for those busy working women who do not enjoy exercise,” said the trainers. “Using the pressure belt for 10 minutes can give you the results of 100 minutes of exercise. It effectively breaks up the fat in your arms and legs.”

On December 23rd, many of Japan’s biggest artists gathered at Chiba’s Makuhari Messe hall for TV Asahi‘s annual music supershow, ‘Music Station Super Live’.
This year, ‘Music Station Super Live‘ hosted performances from KARA, SNSD and TVXQ. TVXQ sang “Winter Rose” and “WHY“, while SNSD brought up the Japanese version of “The Boys” and “Mr. Taxi“. As for KARA, they performed a special Christmas version of “Winter Magic” and “Jet Coaster Love“.
SNSD‘s Taeyeon and Sunny recently showed their support for Tiffany‘s musical theatre venture.
An online community board shared a photo of the three girls alongside violinist KoN, Tiffany’s castmate in the musical’Fame‘. Both Sunny and Taeyeon are seen wearing minimal to no make up, and all three girls whipped out cute poses for the camera.
Netizens commented, “What a lucky male star,” “So jealous, he gets to pose with SNSD on either side of him,” “I hope Tiffany’s musical does well,” “The tiny members are so cute!” and “I love seeing them smile.”

The idol showed her holiday spirit by donning reindeer antlers on her head. Jessica matched her antlers with a red checkered one-piece, and gave a cheeky wink to the camera. Fans expressed that they felt like Christmas had come early, as it’s been a while since Jessica updated her profile picture on the social networking service.

On December 25th’s episode of JTBC‘s ‘SNSD and the Dangerous Boys‘, SNSD will teach their five ‘Dangerous Boys’ the dance to their hit track, ‘The Boys‘, for the upcoming Street Jam competition.
For their new show, SNSD became mentors to five juvenile delinquents, who all needed an attitude check and a helping hand to stabilize themselves.
In this upcoming episode, SNSD wanted the boys to work towards a common goal, and so they decided to help them enter a dance competition with the help of a psychologist. The boys were surprised and skeptical, as they’d never participated in a dance competition before.
Despite SNSD’s busy schedule, the girls made a surprise visit to the boys’ dorms and conducted a basic dance test along with a choreography lesson.

Back in July, Super Junior‘s Yesunghelped his parents open a cafe in Apgujeong, Seoul called “Handel and Gretel“, which serves delicious drinks and sandwiches. Recently, two of the ladies fromSNSD dropped by for a visit!

On the 28th, the ladies of SNSD looked classy and chic performing “The Boys” on KBS Music Bankdressed in trendy and modern equestrian uniforms. They lived up to their title as the idol queens of K-pop, belting out the song live without a hitch and never missing a dance beat.

The Korean version of “The Boys” placed 3rd on the ‘Most Viewed Music Videos’ ranking on YouTube. They round out the Top 3 after international favorites LMFAO and Justin Bieber.
Though released over a week ago, “The Boys” is still drawing much interest as both the Korean and English versions have gained over 15 million views.

On October 24th, the ladies of SNSD were spotted walking down the streets of Manhattan by media outlet Dispatch.
Dressed in their stage outfits, the girls walked around Broadway after completing their live interview withMTV. The girls were on their way to their fan meet, and instead of traveling by van, they decided to experience New York by foot.
Their stylish look mesmerized even Dispatch reporters, as they stated, “SNSD was superior in all aspects. They were just walking, but it felt as if we were watching a scene from a fashion magazine. Edgy styles, charismatic gazes, and sometimes even girlish laughter… They captivated the attention of any New Yorker.”
While Tiffany chattered away arm-in-arm with Sooyoung, Yuri, and Hyoyeon conversed loudly, making big gestures for their conversation.
Jessica and Seohyun opted to observe the views around them, stopping to glance at a LED display for the ‘Lion King‘.
Unfortunately, YoonA and Taeyeon suffered from severe colds. YoonA was in poor condition due to her intense schedules with the group’s comeback and filming for her drama, while Taeyeon had trouble adjusting to the colder New York weather.
Like the team leader she is, however, she stuck through right till the end, completing every interview that came her way.
