2AM releases still-cuts for their 2011 Christmas concert

Earlier this month, 2AM revealed that they’d be ending the year with ‘2011 2AM Concert – Christmas‘.

On October 28th, the boys released still-cuts for the concert, dressed snugly in warm sweaters and Santa hats.

Representatives of sponsors CJ E&M revealed, “This year, the members have been actively promoting in their individual interest areas, with Changmin performing as a unit, Jo Kwon and Seulongexpanding in the areas of MCing and acting, and with Jinwoon pursuing rock. We believe that all of that will be coming together to create a stage with more variety compared to last year.”

The Christmas concert will be held on December 24th and 25th, and will mark their final Korean activities before they prepare to advance into Japan for their debut in January.

Does 2AM’s Changmin resemble actor Song Seung Hun?

On October 23rd, 2AM member Changmin uploaded a dashing selca of his masculine face through his own Twitter.

Along with the picture, the idol wrote, “On the set of ‘Sure‘ magazine photoshoot. *Gasp*, [Am I] relaxing my wrists before a fight? [My] eyebrows are just like Song Seung Hun‘s“.

In the photo, you can see the singer dazing off during his photoshoot break while facing the camera. His dark and thick eyebrows drew attention for their resemblance to actor Song Seung Hun’s.

Jo Kwon and Junho hold a mature conversation about regrets on Twitter

2AM‘s Jo Kwon and 2PM‘s Junho impressed fans on October 18th by having a conversation over Twitter about their futures.

The two poured out their hearts to each other, dwelling on the topic of regret. They lent encouragement to one another as well as much love. Their conversation reads:

Junho: “You need to try as many things as you can while you are in your ’20s.”
Jo Kwon: “I want to…”
Junho: “What do you want to do?”
Jo Kwon: The many things that I had no choice but to give up. You?
I guess I didn’t give them up, I postponed them. I can do them when I’m older. Don’t give them up. But looks like I won’t be able to experience campus life. I’ve been going to school diligently lately. Right? I just postponed it right? I have hope thanks to Lee Junho. I’m sure I’ll be able to do it when I’m older. Do all the things you want to do as well.
Junho: Ah, only I haven’t been able to. Time to work hard. Let’s do well to be our juniors’ driving force. That’s if we have juniors.
Jo Kwon: You definitely can [do what you want to do too]! I’m just a returning student who goes to lectures diligently. Since our company has many ‘dream trees’, let’s be cool seniors.

Meanwhile, 2AM has been busy preparing for their Japanese debut and their first Japanese concert, which will be in January.

2AM Show – Live in 3D (in Malaysia cinemas 13 Oct)

If you can’t make it for their live concert, a 3D version at the movies is the next best bet! JYP Entertainment’s 2AM is the first Korean group to come up with a 3D movie showcasing footage of them performing live, selected music videos and interviews.

The movie is entitled 2AM Show and premiered in Korea last December. It will be screen in Malaysian cinemas on 13 October, 2011. The movie is 75 minutes long, and there will be English and Mandarin subtitles for the Malaysian audience.

This is a must for 2AM fans. So will you be going to the movies soon?

2AM shows their hillarious ahjumma style

No, that’s not some ahjumma and her friends at bath house — it’s 2AM donning some hydrating masks while they chill in a back room.

On October 14th, Jo Kwon shared a hilarious photo on Twitter, along with the message, “We aren’t too far away from our beloved Japanese fans, but we still miss you guys~ We’ve started our Japanese debut preparations and are working hard! In JYPE Japan.”

Many celebrities expressed that the secret to their skincare was in wearing mask packs. It looks like even though the boys are busy preparing for their debut, they haven’t neglected taking care of their skin.

Netizens commented, “HAHA you guys are so funny!” “Good luck in Japan“, and “No wonder you guys have clear skin!”

2AM’s Seulong ask Jo Kwon to give him massage

2AM members Jo Kwon and Seulong have stregthened their friendship with a massage.

On September 27th, Seulong tweeted, ”My body ached so I called the Jo Kwon massage machine. Totally feels refreshing.”

In the picture, Seulong is found lying face-down on the sofa as Jo Kwon steps lightly on his back. Seeing Seulong trust Jo Kwon with this dangerous task demonstrated their strong friendship, and drew warm comments from fans.

Fans replied, “Looks good to see fellow members together“, “Is he so light that the massage works well?“, and “I want to call the Jo Kwon massage machine”

2AM's Changmin sweats it out during his reserve army training

2AM‘s Changmin shared a shot of his experience during his reserve army training recently on Twitter.

Changmin tweeted, “Ah finished! Why were the sun’s rays so hot today? But! It’s worth it. National defense duty this year is clear,” expressing his good attitude concerning the upkeep training. He also posted a photo of himself in his full soldier’s uniform along with a military-issued blanket marked by his army title.

Fans commented, “Of course, military-dol! You’re so cool,” “It looks really hot. You worked hard,”and, “You look more handsome wearing your army outfit.”

Brown Eyed Girls’ Ga In agressive to Jo Kwon only?

On September 25th, the hosts of SBS ‘Inkigayo‘ had a short interview with Brown Eyed Girls who had their recent comeback. The interview has been gaining a lot of attention due to Ga In who revealed that she is quite feminine as long as she is not around 2AM member, Jo Kwon. Fans were also surprised to see the idol looking uncomfortable when Jo Kwon gave her a hug.

During the interview, Ga In confessed, “I’m actually gentle and feminine, but many people think I’m aggressive and manly due to my reputation on ‘We Got Married‘ with Jo Kwon.”

She continued, “Jo Kwon has some feminine characteristics himself and because of that, I think my inner male characteristics popped out to match the situation on the show. On the other hand, If I had met a more manly partner, I think I would have behaved more like a woman. Jo Kwon didn’t seem to have much experience in relationships, not that I’m saying I have a lot either…but I think I’m more knowledgeable than him and thus, tried to act like a leader.”

Meanwhile, Brown Eyed Girls have been dominating nearly all of the major online music charts with their comeback track, “Sixth Sense” and thus, gaining explosive attention from the public.
