Today’s enormous challenge of job and time pressure has put us into a stressful condition in our everyday life. The short due date of our tasks has caused “we live to work”. Get up in the morning, eating an express breakfast, go to the office, work until the sun set, go home, sleep, and this cycle flows endlessly in our everyday life. This life pattern can lead us into depression when problems come and make us stressed out in the life.
Depressed people can force themselves into work, study, talk to the others, but their hearts is not in the work. Forced activities could make the depressed people to be more and more depressed. When you or your acquaintances find yourself depressed, try to go to the doctor, or depression treatment center to identify your problems, and try to resolve them.
Another psychological problem is bipolar disorder, or in the simple term, can be stated “extreme moody” people. In times, they can be depressed, has negative feelings, and in other times, they can be extremely happy, elevated, having a lot of energy. This can be problematic in the office hour. Other colleagues can find it difficult to contact with us, or cooperate with us. This problem can be caused by genetic or environmental factors. When you or someone get this kind of psychological problem, you can find the doctor or bipolar treatment center.
